It also enables i-Contrast or Intelligent Contrast Correction. This brightens dark areas while leaving bright areas unchanged thus improving images. Red-eye correction is also a standard feature.
With a resolution of 12.1 megapixels your photos can be enlarged up to 33 x 48 cm with any blurring. A 3x optical zoom allows you to shoot sharp photos even at a distance. When coupled with a 4x digital zoom, you get a combined zoom of 12x. It Optical Image Stabilizer Technology automatically detects camera shake and takes corrective action. Fuzzy shots are thus minimized if not eliminated.
